Can U Poop & Pee At The Same Time

I remember hearing/ someone saying that it couldn't be done for one reason or another , yet I know it for a fact that YES u can do both at the time as earlier tonight I did just that .

it's a weird feeling & I'd never done that before , odd to say the least

It is beneficial to empty your bowels and bladder before sex because if you don't it restricts blood flow making maintaining an erection more unlikely
